Overview
Crown Registry and Geographic Base Branch is committed to quality and continuous improvement of its products and services; to confirm this commitment CRGB has implemented a documented Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 International Organization for Standardization for management of quality.
Scope of Certification
Our certification includes base mapping and related land information system standards, products and services, including provisioning of survey control, imagery, cadastral and topographic mapping, and geographic names.
Quality Management System
The Quality Management System at CRGB is implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization as a means to provide accountability and assurance that:
- All services from inquiry to planning and delivery conform to specified requirements
- The processes are carried out under controlled conditions
- Any nonconformities detected or reported are promptly dealt with
- Preventive measures are taken to avoid the re-occurrence of nonconformities
- A process for continual improvement is in place and followed
- The needs of clients are promoted
